Our client, a world-renowned pharmaceutical and healthcare company, had organised a product launch in a South American resort a four-hour flight from the nearest international airport. Their huge amount of marketing material, event stands, promotional graphics and associated AV systems were spread across various sites in the US, Far East and Europe.
We managed the various collections, consolidated the items, and repacked and grouped the materials together. Then, with help from our local representatives, we successfully delivered on the date and time required. All in all, there were over 140 different movements and consignments.
